For any entrepreneur interested in investment in Będzin, The first formal contact with the City Hall is provided by the Department of City Development. Employees of the Department provide all the necessary information on the areas owned by the commune, available for purchase for potential entrepreneurs demonstrating interest in the offered function of a plot and form of sale. The Department also keeps a register of vacant areas and facilities which constitute ownership of companies and institutions based in the city. The register was created for potential investors, both Polish and international, who visit the City Hall to obtain information on available areas and facilities in our city. At the same time the Department provides assistance to companies which encounter problems with the sale of unused properties.
