Act of 16 November 2006 on stamp duty (Journal of Laws No 225, item 1635, as amended).

APPLICATION

Investors should file applications for issuance of the certificate of land use classification in the local spatial development plan in the General Office of Będzin City Hall at ul. 11 Listopada 20.

The unit of Będzin City Hall responsible for issuance of the certificate is the City Development Department (Room 224, tel. +48 32 267-92-03, ).

In the application the investor must specify the number of the plot, map sheet, and name of the street by which the plot is located.

CHARGES

Fee for issuance of the certificate of the plot function in the local spatial land development plan amounts to PLN 17.

The payment should be made:

  1. in cash at the cashier’s desk of Będzin City Hall or
  2. via wire transfer to the following bank account: 56 1050 1142 1000 0023 1332 6106 ING Bank Śląski S.A. Oddział Będzin.

A proof (copy) of payment of stamp duty must be appended to the application.

TIME LIMITS

Within 14 days from the date of submitting the application.

APPLICATION

Investors should file applications for issuance of the extracts from the local spatial development plan in the General Office of Będzin City Hall at ul. 11 Listopada 20.

The unit of Będzin City Hall responsible for issuance of the extracts is the City Development Department (Room 224, tel. +48 32 267-92-03, ).

In the application the investor must specify the number of the plot, map sheet, and name of the street by which the plot is located.

CHARGES

Stamp duty (pursuant to the Act of 16 November 2006 on stamp duty [Journal of Laws No 225, item 1635, as amended]) will amount to:

  1. for an extract of the entry in the Land Register:
    1. up to 5 pages – PLN 30
    2. more than 5 pages – PLN 50
  2. for an extract from a cadastral map:
    1. for any full or incomplete section of the extract equivalent to an A4 page – PLN 20
    2. no more than PLN 200

The payment should be made:

  1. in cash at the cashier’s desk of Będzin City Hall or
